Approach

Every person arrives carrying a different story. For that reason, no Nagomi retreat follows a fixed method or predetermined path.

Each experience begins with careful preparation and unfolds around what is genuinely needed in the moment. Nothing is rushed, forced or performed. There is time for the body to settle, the nervous system to soften, and for what has been held for too long to come gently into view.

Rest, purification, ceremony and return are not treated as separate techniques. They move together, guided by presence, sensitivity and the natural rhythm of the person being held.

Some moments ask for silence. Others ask for water, movement, conversation, emotional release or simply Tyrell's steady presence beside you.

The approach remains responsive without losing its structure.

Every retreat is held by Tyrell personally, from preparation and arrival through ceremony, rest and integration.

You do not need to arrive with answers.

You only need to arrive.
